Q: Do you offer pickup and delivery service?

Our lab, located in Brunswick, Ohio, enables us to pick up and deliver cases within the Greater Cleveland, Akron/Canton areas.  Out of the area?  Please call and we can provide you with shipping materials.  UPS is our preferred carrier.

Q: Do you offer same day service on repairs and relines?

Yes, we are able to offer same day service on simple acrylic repairs and hard relines.  Call us for more information.

Q: Can a patient come to the lab for repairs?

In some instances, patients may prefer to come to our lab for a same day repair.  Please call us if you would like more information.

Q: Does your lab fabricate flexible partials?

Yes, we are proud to offer DuraFlex flexible partials, the latest in flexible technology.  Duraflex is extremely resistant to stains and odors, virtually unbreakable, and simple to polish and adjust.  These features make DuraFlex the most convenient and dependable flexible choice to deliver to your patients.

Q: Sometimes I struggle with the selection of a shade for crown restorations. Can Swan Dental help?

Our technicians are experienced in shade matching and use the Vita Easyshade Advance system in order to achieve the best possible restoration.  The patient can come to our lab and meet with our technician for a custom shade and it will take only a few minutes.
